Gluten-Free Quinoa Pasta Recipe

I decided to try a vegan gluten-free quinoa pasta. It is super easy to make; boil it for four minutes and it is done! I really did like this pasta it had a similar texture to normal pasta and it paired nicely with marinara or pesto sauce. I decided to experiment with recipes and I came up with this green bean and sundried tomato combo that is super easy to make.  I am happy to say it turned out tasting really good. Sun-dried Tomato Salad

Tasty and refreshing are two words that come to mind when I make this salad. It is a very flavourful salad that will leave you feeling refreshed and energised. It is nutritious and extremely easy to make. I have been eating a lot of the same salads over and over again throughout the year and I decided to try something new and healthy to start off the year. This salad has chopped walnuts in it which I love because it gives the salad a bit of a crunch! Walnuts are actually a great replacement for croutons. You could also add pumpkin seed, which I thought of later on. I also really love this salad because there are no heavy or unhealthy dressings all there is, is lemon juice which makes the salad all the more refreshing. Continue reading
