I also chose to use farm raised eggs for this recipe. If you can, farm raised and free range eggs are ideal for ethical reasons. You can also look for fair trade cocoa. This recipe has no added sugar but the cookies are still sweet and it is extremely easy to make. These are my new all time favorite cookies! Continue reading
Here is a SWEET twist to the classic peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to pack all my favorite things onto one piece of toast and it really was delicious. I am a huge fan of any toast: avocado toast, Nutella toast, buttery toast, and of course…Peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to add some raspberries, cinnamon and chocolate chips to my toast for a gourmet dessert. This is a great treat if you are craving something sweet but trying to be healthy at the same time. If you are not the best baker, and you want a sweet treat to share with friends, this is a super quick and easy option. It takes no time to make and it will definitely leave you satisfied. You can eat this for breakfast, as a snack, and of course for dessert!
