Peanut Butter and Banana Sweet Toast

Here is a SWEET twist to the classic peanut butter and banana toast.  I decided to pack all my favorite things onto one piece of toast and it really was delicious. I am a huge fan of any toast: avocado toast, Nutella toast, buttery toast, and of course…Peanut butter and banana toast. I decided to add some raspberries, cinnamon and chocolate chips to my toast for a gourmet dessert. This is a great treat if you are craving something sweet but trying to be healthy at the same time.  If you are not the best baker, and you want a sweet treat to share with friends, this is a super quick and easy option. It takes no time to make and it will definitely leave you satisfied. You can eat this for breakfast, as a snack, and of course for dessert!

These pancakes are inspired by a recipe I saw on TV made by Jamie Oliver. I love this recipe because it is super healthy; containing lots of fruit (one full fruit serving) and you can make the batter in a blender easily. The pancake batter is also completely vegan and gluten-free, which is great because it is hard to find good vegan and gluten-free pancake recipes. This smoothie is a quick and super easy breakfast to make. It is filling, and it tastes amazing! This smoothie has the delightful cinnamon sweet flavours of a cinnamon roll, but it comes with only a portion of the sugar and it is much healthier. The great thing about any smoothie is that it is very customisable so you can create anything you want.  If you like banana based smoothies and  cinnamon this is the perfect smoothie for you. There is nothing I like more than a delicious snack that only contains three healthy  ingredients. With the cold season on its way, there is nothing I want more than some warm chocolate chip cookies. The great thing about these three ingredient cookies is that they are super healthy and very customizable. Ingredients can be added or removed, you can also change up the texture by quickly putting the ingredients in a blender. These make delicious breakfasts, after school snacks and even a tasty but healthy dessert. Plus they only use three ingredients that you are sure to have at home!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Banana muffinsTo begin I would like to say, these muffins are practically fail safe. These are the firsts muffins I have ever made, and they have worked out perfectly every time. Plus most people like banana chocolate chip muffins. For this recipe and any other muffin recipe,  I would recommend using silicone reusable muffin cups like the ones in the picture above. This ice cream is great because it is super healthy and it doesn’t involve any milk or extra sugar.
