Who knew you could multiply the number of nutrients you are getting with one simple ingredient? Microgreens are perfect for boosting the nutrients in a salad. Microgreens are edible greens, harvested with scissors less than a month after sprouting (so they are not fully grown). It is said that microgreens have a much higher concentration of nutrients than the fully grown plant, some more than others, depending on the type of microgreen.
