Granola BitesThese have got to be the perfect snack! They will satisfy your sweet tooth, but they will fill you up at the same time. No Bake Granola Bites are packed with protein and healthy ingredients. I was surprised at how well they turned out. It was almost too good to be true. Just one granola bite was filling enough for a quick breakfast-to-go! The great thing is you simply have to mix the ingredients then shape them into balls. Then stick them in the fridge…and Voila! This is the ultimate chocolatey treat that you will never feel guilty about eating. If you are craving something sweet these brownies will be perfect, plus they are quick and easy to make. I made these for my whole family and everyone loved them. My brother, who refuses to eat avocado, did not even hesitate before he grabbed his second brownie. Who doesn’t love a flavourful sweet smoothie in the morning that is packed with nutrients. Not only is this smoothie packed healthy nutrients like protein, potassium, and fiber but it is packed with antioxidants! Bluberries are a great source of antioxidants so I love to saturate my smoothie with them. However, the real source of antioxidants is the goji berries. Antioxidants provide anti-aging benefits and restorative properties plus they are said to decrease risk of cancer and increase the lifespan.  I added a few dried goji berries to my smoothie for a rejuvenating boost plus tons and tons of blubberies. This smoothie is so healthy but truly tasty and sweet at the same time!

Rainbow Tomato Salad

I absolutely LOVE this salad. It is flavourful, colourful, and it definitely inspired me to be healthier. Honestly I never liked or wanted to try zucchini before, but I am glad I did. It adds a simple sweet flavour to balance out the tangy lemon, and the juicy tomatoes.  This takes hardly any time to make which leaves more time to enjoy the food. All you have to do is slice up a bunch of ingredients and throw them in a bowl. I was inspired to make this salad when I saw a picture on Pinterest (follow Chef Material on Pinterest) and the minute I saw it I knew I had to recreate it. The salad I created for you is made to be simple and refreshing.
