Not only is this smoothie packed healthy nutrients like protein, potassium, and fiber but it is packed with antioxidants! Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants so I love to saturate my smoothie with them. However, the real source of antioxidants is the goji berries. Antioxidants provide anti-aging benefits and restorative properties plus they are said to decrease the risk of cancer and increase the lifespan. I added a few dried goji berries to my smoothie for a rejuvenating boost plus tons and tons of blueberries. This smoothie is so healthy but truly tasty and sweet at the same time!

These pancakes are inspired by a recipe I saw on TV made by Jamie Oliver. I love this recipe because it is super healthy; containing lots of fruit (one full fruit serving) and you can make the batter in a blender easily. The pancake batter is also completely vegan and gluten-free, which is great because it is hard to find good vegan and gluten-free pancake recipes.
