Recipe Bellow: Tried this really cool new video editing app! Great for shooting food vids:) in the future I would probably double this recipe so blending process works better! Almost everything tastes better when you put it in a bowl. That’s just a fact. This cauliflower taco bowl is a classic midweek meal in our household. Quick, easy and packed with bags of flavour. The charred sweetcorn is optional, but it does bring a wonderful roasted flavour to the bowl. It’s totally worth it. We also make our own homemade ranch dressing just because, you know.
