Three Greens Cesar Salad

I am HUGE Fan of Cesar Salad. However, unlike most salads, it doesn’t have quite as many health benefits because there are no added veggies and usually the only source of nutrition is the lettuce. This three greens cesar is the ultimate solution. It has the benefits of kale, spinach, and lettuce with some added quinoa. Quinoa is great because it is a full protein and it contains all the amino acids. Basically, it is REALLY good for you.

On top of all the benefits of the kale, I used purple kale for some extra nutrients. Kale is high in antioxidants and vitamin A, making it a great superfood.

I took this salad to go and it tasted fabulous for lunch. All you need is some lemon slices a bit of cesar dressing and some parmesan to add to you greens and you are good to go. Make sure to keep the lemon and dressing on the side so the salad doesn’t get soggy. When you are ready to eat add the dressing and lemon and then shake the container.

Three Greens Cesar Salad To Go!


  • Kale (purple and green)
  • Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Quinoa
  • Parmesan
  • Lemon wedges
  • Cesar dressing


  1. Wash and chop up the lettuce, kale, and spinach. Using your hand to rip up the greens will prevent browning, unlike a knife.
  2. add some quinoa to the greens and mix well in a bowl.
  3. Shred some parmesan into the bowl and add some lemon wedges on top for presentation
  4. In a small bowl mix the cesar dressing with some lemon juice. When you are ready to eat pour in the dressing and mix well.
