Breakfast Yogurt Parfaits


Yogurt parfaits are the perfect portable and adorable breakfast idea for a morning boost. If you find yourself skipping breakfast (the most important meal of the day) this will definitely motivate you to start making breakfasts. These yogurt parfaits are easy to make, very stylish, and they can be taken to go!

 Parfaits are great because they are very customizable; you can change up the type of granola, yogurt and even toppings that are used. I especially love using fresh fruit because it adds nutrients and a touch of sweetness to the dish. I assure you, with little effort, it is easy to make this tasty breakfast with ingredients you have at home.

How to make:

To begin you need to find your container. I decided to use these cute mason jars so all the layers of the parfait were visible. Then you will want to start layering yogurt and granola, starting with yogurt. If your container is larger you may have more layers. At the top, you can add toppings like nuts, fresh fruit, berries, oats, and honey. Ideas on topping combinations are below.



  1. Plain Greek yogurt, granola, pistachios, sliced almonds, fresh raspberries.
  2. Blueberry yogurt, vanilla yogurt, granola, sliced almonds, whole almonds, blueberries.
  3. Granola, vanilla yogurt, oats, raspberries, blackberries, honey.
